The consumer number is indispensable in case of invoicing issues and is recommended for the sake of quicker identification in other cases. You can find the 10-digit consumer number in the top right part of the invoice above the consumer's name and address.

For the sake of the observation of the data protection law we request the consumers that always the consumer being in contractual relationship with ÉMÁSZ Nyrt. should contact the Telephone Consumer Service.

06 - 80 - 200 - 338, for the identification of our staff members visiting the place of consumption.
To the identification please ask the ID card of our staff member and tell the card number to the operator.
